‘Holiday Let Success’ is a division of ‘Love Your Stay’ a network of sites, services and communities for holiday home guests and holiday let | vacation rental owners. We operate across a variety of web-based groups, communities, podcasts and platforms. We create original content, products and services for Guests staying in short term rented accommodation and holiday home owners to create an exceptional experience for guests and better businesses for owners through the sharing of knowledge to raise standards across the holiday let | vacation rental industry.

Making a booking:
We need to collect details from you in order to make a booking of one of our holiday homes.
The information that we need to hold is likely to include your name, contact details, information about your booking and any additional information we may need to help meet your specific requirements.
The information you provide may be used to enable us to complete your booking. This information may also be used to provide that booking to you in accordance with our Booking Terms and Conditions.
In order to provide your booking to you we may share your information with credit/debit card companies* and third parties who we may need to work with to deliver services for your stay (such as cottage cleaners, management companies and other suppliers).
*Card Payments are processed by Paypal and by Stripe – your card details are not retained by Holiday Let Success or Love Your Stay.

We may also use your information to identify other people like you, with similar interests to present our marketing to on Social Media and Google. No information about other individuals identified from these networks is shared with us at any time.
